Social Data: Friendship requests, “Friends Lists,” and group chat messages.
User-Generated Content: Photos, gallery images, and social hangout descriptions.

3.Social Hangouts

Our platform allows users to take an active role in community building by creating “Hangouts” and associated group chats.

Hangout Creation: When you create a Hangout, you may provide details such as the purpose of the meeting, a proposed time, and a suggested meetup point. This information is visible to other members based on your settings.
Dynamic Group Chats: For every Hangout created, a dedicated Group Chat is generated. We store all messages sent within these chats to facilitate planning and communication between participants.
Identity Protection: In accordance with our privacy-first approach, your real name is never displayed in these hangouts or chats; only your Nickname is visible to other participants.
User Responsibility: You are the “owner” of the hangouts you create. While we store the chat data, you are responsible for the content you post and the meetup points you suggest.

4.User Photos and Granular Privacy Controls

Public Exclusion: Public (non-logged-in) users cannot see your photos or galleries under any circumstances.
Access Tiers: You can choose to make your photos viewable only by:
1. Subscribed Members: Only those with an active paid subscription.
2. All Logged-in Members: Both free and subscribed users.

5.Friendship Connections and Social Graph

Requests and Connections: When you send a friendship request, we process your Nickname and profile data to notify the recipient.
Social Interactions: Comments made on profiles and interactions within the friendship network are stored to ensure the continuity of your social experience.

6.Cookie Policy (Login and Session Management)

Strictly Necessary Cookies: We use cookies specifically to track whether a user is logged in or not.
Purpose: These functional cookies allow our system to maintain your secure session. Without these, you would be unable to access your private dashboard or “Subscribed-Only” content.

7.Financial Data and Payment Security

No Credit Card Storage: Karmajo.com does not store credit card numbers on our servers. * Payment Processor Role: All financial transactions are handled by our secure, third-party payment processor. We only receive a “success” token and the basic details required for your transaction history.

8.The 3 Jos (Seeker Token Pools: Automated Logic)

Our “Pay It Forward” system (JO 1, JO 2, JO 3) uses Automated Random Selection (GDPR Article 22).

Logic of Selection: Selection is handled by PHP’s (short for Hypertext PreProcessor a web programming language) random_int(min slot id, max slot id) a random number selection (RNS) function with zero human interference.
Pool Tiers:
- Jo 1: 1 selection for 100% of the pool.
- Jo 2: 2 selections for 50% each (users may be selected twice).
- Jo 3: 3 selections (50%, 30%, 20%). A user can be selected for one, two, or all three selections.
Transparency: No profile data, location, or subscription status influences the RNS.

9.No-Identity Verification Disclosure

We do not verify the real-world identity of our users. You acknowledge that you interact with, chat with, and meet others at your own risk.
